Divya comes with over more than 7 years of experience including her previous role as Manager (Legal & Secretarial Department) in SMC Investments and Advisors Limited. A part of the SMC Group where she was responsible for all the compliances related to SEBI (Portfolio Manager) Regulations, 2020 and Companies Act 2013. She also has hands-on experience in handling matters in relation to registration under RERA. As Compliance Officer, at Burman Capital Management Private Limited, she is responsible for all the regulatory compliances related to PMS along with legal & secretarial work. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law Graduate from Meerut University.
